This website and all the services listed are owned, operated and provided by Bolton Print Ltd, referred to as "the provider/us/our/we”. As user, referred to as "the user/you/your/its/they/their/them” you acknowledge that any use of this website and any of the services provided by the Bolton Print Ltd are subject to these full terms and conditions set out below.  The name domain name mybusinessaddress.ie is under license to Bolton Print Ltd for use in conjunction with its virtual office address services. The provider reserves the right to alter, update or change at any time any of its terms & conditions without any prior notice to the user. The user agrees that all service(s) will be used only in accordance with these terms and conditions. If for any reason you do not agree to any of these terms, you should not use any of the services. Upon subscription the user has entered into an agreement for the provision of services and any additional services by mybusinessaddress as detailed by their online application and confirmation email

1a. Payment Monthly: An agreement is for a minimum period of no less than four months from the users commencement/start date and thereafter continuous on a month to month agreement however the user has the right to cancel its subscription after its four months agreement without penalty but only if the provider is given 30 days written notice of the users intention to cancel. The users failure to give the provider of its intention to cancel its service during any current agreement with the provider will result in the user having to pay the provider compensation for any outstanding amounts due. The user may or may not be contacted by the provider prior to the expiry date of their current agreement. The user agrees to pay all outstanding amounts due no later than the monthly due date. In the event of a late or non-payment, an administration charge will be applied to reactivate a suspended account. All monies paid by the user for any of the services provided by the provider are strictly non refundable. An administration charge will be applied if the user fails to be approved by the provider’s customer due diligence compliance process. The user is only able to commence using any of the service(s) of provider once they have received written confirmation/approval from the provider. Payment and submission of the users completed online application form to the provider on its initial commencement date does not constitute automatic approval by the provider for the user to use any of the services of the provider. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure to cancel all future monthly recurring payments to the provider once their application has being rejected by the provider. All recurring monies received by the provider from the user after the user has received written notice from the provider that their application has been rejected are also strictly non refundable. Important Note: By submitting your completed order form together with payment, you agree and give permission to the provider to carry out customer due diligence on you through whatever means necessary, you further agree that if for any reason you fail to pass our customer due diligence process or your failure to supply additional details or documents that are requested from you will incur an administration charge to cover any work already undertaken by the provider, subject to a minimum charge of €30.

Important Note: By submitting your completed order form together with payment, you agree and give permission to the provider to carry out customer due diligence on you through whatever means necessary, you further agree that if for any reason you fail to pass our customer due diligence process or your failure to supply additional details or documents that are requested from you will incur an administration charge to cover any work already undertaken by the provider, subject to a minimum charge of €30. 
1c. If payment is made via credit or debit card via the website, this does not automatically constitute payment of cleared funds. If the user is uncertain whether payment of cleared funds has been made, they should contact the provider to request confirmation. All prices displayed may be rounded off to the nearest total.
2. The user must first subscribe and pay in advance for the virtual office address package before availing of any of the other services provided by the provider.
3. Mail Forwarding: Arrangements made for routine forwarding of mail is done entirely at the risk of the user and the provider will accept no liability whatsoever due to non delivery by third parties. Mail is taken in entirely at the risk of the user and the provider will accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any losses, shortages or damages howsoever caused. The provider does not accept any type of bulk or pallet deliveries. In certain circumstances the mail forwarding address provided by the user to the provider must be accompanied with proof of two valid address documents (Dated within 3 months). The provider does not forward parcels in any form. Mail forwarding costs are included in the annual or monthly price plans. Mail forwarding account holders are provided with a 20 euro credit allowance which is already incorporated in the annual and monthly prices and is based on a minimum 12 month contract period. Accounts can be topped up online at anytime when the users credit balance decreases. The 20 euro credit amount will cover the cost of redirecting approximately 7-10 international mail items and 15-17 mail items within Rep. of Ireland, max sizes and weights apply. (A 0.20c surcharge will be applied to all postal mail items redirected). The provider is not obliged to read out to the user the content of any postal mail or fax(s) received. If provider processes more than 35 postal mail items during the currency of the users agreement in any calendar year, any or all subsequent calendars years the users agrees to renew its agreement with the provider will incur additional charges and the user agrees to pay all when requested by the provider to do so. The provider may or may not contact the user informing them that mail has been received on its behalf. All postal mail received on behalf of mail forwarding account users will be processed the same as it is received however the provider will not be held liable for any postal mail that is not processed on the same day as it is received.
4. Mail holding/collection account users will be notified in advance by email that postal mail has been received on their behalf. The provider will not be held liable for any email notice sent which the user does not receive. Mail larger than 300mm x 215mm x 10mm (length x width x height) will be stored for up to 30 days free of charge from date of receipt and a surcharge will be applied thereafter. Collection of mail by the subscriber is carried out strictly by prior appointment only and the user must provide the provider with a minimum of 24 hour advanced notice of their intention. The user will be supplied by email from the provider with a suitable date/time to collect their mail. If the date/time supplied by the provider is not suitable the user has the option to change it, but only if the date/time requested is available. On collection the user or their representative must present the provider with the unique eight digit authorisation code that was supplied to them at the start of their agreement, failure to comply may result in mail not being handed over to the user or their representative. All postal mail received on behalf of mail holding account users will be processed within 7 days of its receipt.

5. Mail Scanning: When the user has subscribed to the mail scanning service they give prior consent to the provider that all mail received on their behalf will be opened, scanned and emailed to them. The user is entitled to a maximum limit of up to 80 scanned pages in any 12 months of their current mail scanning agreement. If for any reason the user exceeds its maximum limit of 80 scanned pages within any 12 months agreement, they will be charged an extra cost for all additional pages thereafter. Mail scanning costs are included in the annual or monthly prices. Scan and send/emailed documents are performed solely at the users risk and will indemnify in all respects the provider against any claims, counter claims, actions etc., taken by the user for breach of confidentiality. Under any mail scanning plan the provider agrees to redirect free of charge through the postal system up to a maximum of three x C5 sized envelopes or less in size with a maximum weight of no more than 50g within any twelve months period of the users current agreement. Any remaining monies held by the provider after the users current agreement has expired is strictly non-refundable but may be transferable to a new agreement with the provider. The user has the right to request all original mail that was scanned on its behalf by the provider and further retained by the provider during the currency of the users agreement be forwarded to them, however a handling and dispatch fee will be applied by the provider. All postal mail received on behalf of mail scanning account users will be processed the same as it is received however the provider will not be held liable for any postal mail that is not processed on the same day as it is received.
6. The user agrees to notify the provider immediately in writing of any change or alteration of its name, its company name, its address or any other details which were supplied by the user to the provider at the commencement of its agreement but which has subsequently changed during the currency of its agreement with the provider. The user is entitled to use the providers address on its stationery, marketing material, website and any other promotional material associated with its business, it may also be used as the registered office address of its company for correspondence with the CRO during the currency of its agreement with the provider
7. The user agrees not to circumvent, interfere, tamper with or alter the address Bolton House, Aughrim Lane Business Complex, Aughrim Street,             Dublin 7, Ireland in anyway whatsoever or any part thereof. It is the responsibility of the user to notify all interested parties of the correct address supplied to them by the provider. Failure to comply with these conditions in anyway whatsoever may constitute automatic grounds for immediate termination of all or any of the services provided by the provider to the user.
8. This agreement has been made between the user and the provider, Dublin, Ireland and shall be deemed to have been so. The user agrees that Dublin area courts shall have jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
9. In the event of war, riot, civil disturbances or any other major forces outside the parties rendering it impossible or impractical for the provider to complete the contract, the provider may at its option repudiate this agreement by notifying the subscriber. 
10. All paper work and or invoicing issued by the provider will include the users own postal address which was supplied by them to the provider at time of placing their order, It will also include the exact service(s) provided to them by the provider and is not for negotiation. Invoices will include the users own address and under no circumstances will include the provider’s address in the customer section. The provider reserves the right to increase the price of any of its services at any time without prior notice to the user.
11. The data displayed on the providers website or any other material is deemed to be reliable but may vary in its accuracy. It is the responsibility of all users to verify the accuracy of all data displayed by the provider.
12. The provider may require the user to complete a credit application form or supply other documents before being approved to use any of the provider’s services. The provider reserves the right to refuse without explanation any individual/persons or companies etc., that it considers not suitable to use any of its services and the decision of the provider is final. The user may also have to present a valid CRO company number and a valid VAT number before being approved by the provider.
13. All prices displayed or represented by the provider are subject to Irish VAT at the current rate. All invoices will be issued within twenty working days from the commencement date for users on the annual plan (12 Month) and every four months or more for users on the monthly plan, this procedure is not negotiable. Time periods given for the producing of invoices are given only as an estimate however the provider will not be held responsible for any delay howsoever caused.
14. The virtual office address service allows for standard and government mail only. It can act as the trading address and or the registered office address of a limited company and also the service address of its directors and cannot be used by the secretary of the company unless they have provided the provider with photo ID and proof of address under AML regulations. The service allows for a maximum of 15 individual mail items received on behalf of any one named user in any one calendar month. Any or all mail received exceeding 15 mail individual items will incur a handling fee. All services provided by the provider are strictly for business use only and cannot act as a residential address. Any user found to be using the provider’s service’s as a residential address will have their agreement cancelled with immediate effect and without refund.
15. Users of the virtual office address package are entitled to have up to a maximum of 4 different names listed as recipients/directors of postal mail but are restricted to using only one trading/business (company name Ltd) or individual name. Mail addressed to any company, partnership, trading or any individual is unknown or different to the provider’s records may be returned to sender, marked “Not At This Address”. Any person(s) found to be using the providers service(s) without the providers consent and are known by the user or are associated to the user in anyway, the user may have their agreement suspended or even cancelled by the provider and the user may also be liable to extra costs imposed by the provider. 
16. The provider reserves the right to change, withdraw or cease any of its services and also the location of its services at any time without prior notice to the user. The provider also reserves the right to transfer any of its services at anytime to a different named company without prior notice to the user. The user agrees not use any of the provider’s services after their current agreement is either cancelled, not renewed, suspended or they have been requested by the provider to stop/cease using any of the its services. The user agrees that’s it failure to comply with any request from the provider to cease using any of the services provided by the provider may result in legal action against them. 
17. If the user fails to renew its current agreement or pay any outstanding balance(s) due, all postal mail received by provider on behalf of the user after the expiry date will be not be processed, however it may be retained until paid for in full, however it is at the providers discretion and the provider reserves the right to return all or any postal mail received on behalf of the user to the sender marked "Not At This Address". 
18. Should you be ordering or procuring a service on behalf of a client, i.e. you are acting as a relevant 3rd party and/or as an agent/professional advisor on behalf of a client for any service provided by the provider, you hereby agree to and agree to abide by the following:
A. That you are a regulated and or licensed by a competent authority e.g. Chartered Accountants Ireland, Law Society, etc.
B. That you have policies and procedures in place which meet the requirements of the 3rd AML Directive or legislation equivalent to the 3rd AML Directive
C. That you will retain Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation used to identify and verify your customer for a period of at least 5 years after the relationship with the client has ended
D. On request, you will make available to the provider, copies of your CDD documentation.
19. The provider reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotional offer at anytime without prior notice to the user. The provider may from time to time offer a promotional offer and it is based on the user paying in advance for a minimum of a twelve months agreement. All promotional offers are available to one new user only on the initial signing up date to the virtual office address package and will not run consecutively. There is strictly no cash value and no substitute available other than the offer stated by the provider. If more than one promotional offer is being offered at any given time, the user can only choose one, irrespective of value.
20. The provider will provide the user with a registered office facility for the duration of their agreement and the user agrees that when their agreement with the provider is either cancelled by them or the provider or expires the user agrees to cease all use of the providers registered office facility within 21 days after receiving such notice. Failure to comply with this procedure may result in legal action against the user.
21. The provider provides the user with a virtual office address, which is a real street address but not actual physical office space within its offices. The user agrees that when their agreement with the provider is cancelled or their agreement expires they agree to cease use of the providers registered office facility within 21 days. Failure to comply with this procedure may result in legal action against the user.
22. The provider may request additional documentation from the user at any stage during the currency of their agreement and the user agrees to provide the provider with whatever documents are requested and without delay. Failure to do so may result in all services being withdrawn by the provider with immediate effect.
23. Hot Desk Rental: Terms & conditions of the providers hot desk rental agreement are only available on request
24. The provider does not offer any legal or accountancy advices whatsoever and the user should seek their own independent advice from qualified professionals.
25. All material on this website is copyright and may not be reproduced in anyway whatsoever without permission from the provider.
26. As a company service provider by Irish law we are required under anti-money laundering and terrorism legislation that all users provide us with photo proof of identity, proof of address and maybe business address (if applicable) documents prior to using any of our services. You may be asked at any time to provide us with further Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation on the Directors and beneficial owners (a shareholding of 25 % plus one share or an ownership interest of more than 25 % in your company held by a natural person shall be an indication of direct ownership) of the existing or proposed company (i.e. a certified copy of your passport or drivers licence, two documents proving resident address dated within the last 3 months). Failure to comply with these requirements may result in us terminating any service rendered without refund. As we have to carry out a risk assessment on your company under this legislation, you may be asked to provide enhanced due diligence should we not meet you face to face and/or if your business activities/company structure/country of residence is considered medium/high risk under AML guidelines. Users are welcome to call to our offices with their photo ID and proof of address documentation. (A prior appointment is required), users without an appointment may not be seen. All documents will be held for 5 years.
27. Should you be ordering on behalf of a client, i.e. you are acting as a relevant 3rd party and/or as an agent/professional advisor on behalf of a client for any service provided by us, you hereby agree to and agree to abide by the following:
a. That you are a regulated and or licensed by a competent authority e.g. Chartered Accountants Ireland, Law Society, etc.
b. That you have policies and procedures in place which meet the requirements of the 3rd AML Directive or legislation equivalent to the 3rd AML Directive
c. That you will retain Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation used to identify and verify your customer for a period of at least 5 years after the relationship with the client has ended
d. On request, you will make available to us, copies of CDD documentation.
28. Users who are later found to have submitted the provider with false documents will have their current or any existing agreement with the provider cancelled with immediate effect and without refund and maybe further prohibited from using any of the services provided by the provider in the future.
