Our mail holding facility goes hand in hand with our virtual office address package, and as the name suggests any mail that we receive on your behalf will be held at our offices for you or your representative to collect. Clients will be notified in advance by email and collection is from Monday through to Friday.

The cost of the mail holding service is already included in our virtual office address package.

Important Note: Collection of mail is strictly by prior appointment only and a minimum of 24 hours advanced notice is required. Upon subscription the user will be supplied with a unique eight digit authorisation code which must presented at our offices on collection of all postal mail, failure to comply with this procedure may result in postal mail not being handed over to the user or their representative on day of collection. 

Mail collection is available between 10am to 4pm daily and is strictly by prior appointment only.  

All mail received on behalf of mail holding account users who have not subscribed to either our mail forwarding or scanning service will have their mail processed on a weekly basis.
